The staff at Tri City Auto are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure they could get my vehicle seen when I'm visiting from North Dakota. My experience with them has been wonderful.

First of all, these men could not have been nicer. I was on a trip with my three sisters when the rear window of my car became stuck in the down position. I called three auto repair shops before I found one that could fit us in to lift the window. I told them I just wanted the window up so I could take it to our guy at home. He said he was glad for our honesty and I told them if the repair was at or under what our guy would charge to go ahead with the repair. They thought they knew what the problem was and he told me I would need to leave the car overnight until they could get the part. Later that afternoon they called saying the window was repaired and I could pick up the car. The problem was a small clip and the charge was over $200.00 less than we had allowed. Kudos for these guys for not taking advantage of four old women from out of town.

As someone who works in the car business it makes my skin crawl to hear about shady business owners like the owners who operate this business. A good friend of mine brought his vehicle in this business did nothing to fix the issues he was having and charged him $600. This is the kind of business that gives the car business a bad reputation. My recommendation to potential customers is to avoid this business at all costs.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. If you would have held you composure an brought your temper down I'm sure we could have resolved the issue. I asked you to give me some time to find a solution for your EBCM being on back order. You couldn't wait, one hour later you're trying to blow up to internet with one stars and bullying tactics. It took me some time to find a good path forward to resolve the problem, but I don't know why I would want to after the way you decided to handle it. If you find yourself wanting a better ending and can handle yourself in a calm manner, call me.
