$240 for a diagnostic because they check your fluids etc. No way would I pay that when I do all the maintenance myself. Should be $50 for the simple quick diagnosis.
I appreciated getting fast and reliable service. The office staff is very friendly and professional
Wish i would have found them years ago! Great place to take your car!!
Thanks for choosing Tri city Auto Repair Jeff!
We bring our vehicles to Tri-City because we trust the work that’s done. They’re very efficient and friendly.
Thanks Kim! We enjoy working on all your vehicles, But it was a treat to work on the brakes and water pump of your 1956 ford fatman custom chassic pick-up truck. Sweet ride!
I trust Tricity with all the work that needs to be done on my vehicles. They are professional , and fairly priced. They keep you updated on their progress as they go along. I highly recommend this business!
Fast and friendly service! I woke up to find a bolt in my tire. I called several local places that quoted me over an hour wait, but Tri Cities Auto got me in and out in under 30 minutes and for a very reasonable fee too! Thank you!
They were thorough and on time but... Quoted me at 7,000 for a new transmission. Found another shop and just as thorough. Got a new transmission for 3456$. Still not sure why? Will never bring my car to them again. Obviously. Way overpriced
Thanks for the five stars. We hope we made your visit as pleasent as possible.
My son and I had a problem after they serviced my vehicle on the way to Ohio which left us stranded but Jim the owner jumped right into action to help us out we made it to Ohio and will I was gone he took care of my vehicle and payed for everything what a outstanding owner thank you jim for all you did.
TriCity does good work. They are very deliberate about informing the customer about anticipated costs and careful not to overrun that cost. Typically they may not entertain auxiliary work that *could* be done in order to deliver on-time & on-budget, and they certainly will not up-sell. In general, I really appreciate this direct-communication approach to their business, but from time to time--esp with a car that is used but new-to-me--I would appreciate a few recommendations or a heads-up about potential for future work needed or potential issues found every now and then; basically a conversation with a mechanic. I'm still testing out the magic-words to walk that line.
