Arrogant staff. They do not break down the chargers for you. They charged me over $60 in labor to put in a battery. Literally robbery. I would have done it myself they explained how the cost broke down. Rude staff would give them 0 zero stars. For a 2007 lincoln mkz they wanted around 750 installation fee not including the battery and over $60 in labor to put a battery in a car. If you like being over charged this is the place to go. 😁😁. No refunds not good people by any means.
Good morning Benjamin, our head technician did a great job of installing your intoxalock device on your 2007 Lincoln MKZ. Intoxalock paid for your installation on your behalf. We have a contract with that company and follow their rules on testing functions of your vehicle. The battery failing the test and needing to be replaced was part of your installation. I feel you need to rethink your review considering your advisor found a more cost effective battery per your request saving you $82.87 in total with your battery replacement. Our system is designed to show a complete breakdown of your services which you viewed and authorized knowing the full cost of the work that was needed, that includes labor, parts, and fees shown separately. Also, the manager and your technician explained in detail how to use your device and gave advice to avoid unnecessary recalibrations which will cost you more money. We are here to help in anyway when you have questions about your device or have any issues. We would appreciate an honest review which is not reflected in your current response.
