My truck had a flat tire n I had it towed to them, they diagnosed it first to see if the leak can be fixed before suggesting to put on a new tire, they put a rush on getting a new tire for me, especially drove out to get the tire for my truck so I’m not stuck w/o a vehicle for the weekend, fixed the tire before the end of the day. Even dropped me off and picked me up from my house twice. Very impressed by the friendly service and the good work they did on my truck. I’d definitely be going back to them if or when I need any work done on my vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE GUYS. Well earned 5 star review. Thank you guys.

I showed up with a nail in my tire. I was hoping they could just patch it, unfortunately I had to get a new tire. I was supposed to be leaving that day to take my kids on a short trip for spring break. They saw the sadness and jumped into action. They ordered a new tire and physically sent someone to pick it up in Grand Rapids. I was out of there with a brand new tire 2 .5 hours later. They went above and beyond to make sure I could still take the kids. I can't thank them enough.

My experience has been extremely positive. Tri City has been professional, efficient, and trustworthy. My car is an Infiniti and driving to the Grand Rapids dealer is not always convenient so I checked out Tri City and they are great!

Was told battery need to be replaced paid over 4500 dollars for the battery and labor. Less than 3 months later having the same issues exactly now they saying it's the transmission however was told it was battery originally; had my vehicle for over a week with excuses after excuses. I had to contact them multiple times and then to add insult to injury I was told to just get rid of my vehicle on top of being told they couldn't check the battery because a motor in the transmission not working so they can't check the work they said they did. Then to kick some one when they are down charged me 75 dollars for inspecting something they never inspected. They charged me that much money for plugging a machine in to check sensors

I needed my vehicle repaired and a friend suggested Tri City Auto. They were very helpful and had my vehicle running for me within 48 hrs. I highly recommend them. Plus there prices are much lower than dealer ships! I will be using them again.
