Extremely long fix time for spark plugs and coil packs 4 days And expensive $400 for a $200 dollar battery that takes no longer then 5 minutes to put in but charged for a full hour

When you brought your 2010 Chevrolet Traverse LT with 278,714 miles on it we recommended testing to ensure proper repairs would be done. Your battery cables were not connected, battery bay open. We asked if anyone had done any repairs or been in that area for any reason. You stated no, on a recorded line. Technician installed your cables, jumped the battery and began testing. Toward the end of repairs, the vehicle would not start and magically you knew exactly the issue and told us to disconnect the battery and turn the key 4 times the vehicle would start. You could have saved time and money being honest when asked in the beginning about the battery area being tampered with. Also allowing your chosen repair facility to do their job instead of talking over everyone about google search repairs and cost and you know what it needs. Unfortunately, you did not share the no start and you do not know what it needs to fix, causing a delay with your vehicle repairs. If you had been honest in the beginning your technician would have not wasted time (money) on intermitten no start and just focussed on the misfire. We repaired only what you authorize knowing the full cost every step of the way before repairs began. This all could have been avoided with being honest and allowing professionals to do their job.

Highly recommend, I can't believe the difference between what the dealer said and what they found and fixed the day it was diagnosed, much different than I expected trusting the dealership to do a good job, my bad, I'm so glad I got a second opinion and it saved about 15K from what the dealership said, totally dont trust the dealership anymore, how could they be so wrong, so far off from the actual issue, anyway I can trust this place to do a fantastic honest job , my place of choice from now on, I can see why they are so busy, they are honest as they are skilled, Happy customer!
