My 2010 Ford Fusion needed rear brakes, the transmission fluid needed to be flushed and replaced, and 2 other minor replacements. Tyler and James were very helpful and professional; the repairs were explained to me, and I was encouraged to ask questions about any of the repairs being done to my vehicle. The waiting area was very clean. They were able to pick me up at my home so that I could pay for and pick up my vehicle. My vehicle runs like new. Thanks to the mechanics who worked on my vehicle, and to the great customer service, I’m able to continue driving my vehicle. I recommend Tri City Auto for any and all of your vehicle repairs.
