Made $13000 worth of unauthorized repairs, knowing I didn't have the money. Who starts a job like that without a down payment? I still tried to do the right thing by offering payments, but they refused. I have 4 kids one is special needs and that was our only vehicle. This place cares nothing about family. There is a reason they have so many 1 star reviews. This review was blank until the comment got posted, anyone who puts personal business out there clearly can't be trusted. That's just unprofessional and very immature.
Kelly Kamin-Grimes, I don't understand how you can feel good about giving us 1 star. We did a great job replacing the engine on your 2018 Pacifica Touring L Plus. We had no choice, but to put a mechanics lien on it when your husband revealed you didn't have the money to pay for it. That is something he should have told us before the work was approved. We have no interest in doing work people can't pay for. I only wish you had taken better care of it. Now I'll have to put more of my money into clean up just to get my money back out of it. I think you know that no company intentionally does work for customers that can't pay for. That's not how businesses work. Update= immature is giving a company 1 star because your husband approved work that he/you could not pay for.
Tri City has been our go to service center since relocating back to Michigan. Being a bit of a gearhead, I always have a pretty good idea of what work my cars need. I'm happy to say these guys are straight up honest and helpful. They helped my wife with a tire issue and kept me up to date with what was going on even though I was on the West Coast and only available via text. Definitely recommend them if you have a vehicle problem!

Impressive level of service. Very thorough periodic oil change. Informative systems check providing a road map, timeframe for needed work, and considerations relevant to the owner's plans/situation.
Being a boomer, I have problems with all the computer, pictures, and additional problems that need to be either approved or disapproved by text. Other than that, the work was done correctly and expediently. Plus they gave me a ride home and offered to pick me up when the vehicle was completed.
