Since I've had to jump through so many hoops to get my restricted license back you guys have been a huge help. Especially Carl. I wasn't happy about the labor cost to put a new battery in my car. But I do apologize for giving you guys a hard time when your trying to do your job. Would I recommend the actual company Intoxlock not at all. 0/10 But to get the interlock installed I would recommend you guys anyday of the week. I haven't had any issues since getting it installed and I appreciate how professional you guys are always returning phone calls text messages ect. And I will continue using your services for the next year until I can get it out! Thanks for everything! Tri city auto 10/10 company.

Carl helped me pick out incredible led head lights for a cheap price... the crew did a great job and I have no problems driving at night they are super bright and work great. Team is very friendly and helpful ill definitely be back again

I have always had great service at Tri City. They are fast, efficient and honest, and I’ve never had an issue with any service I’ve had done. I especially like the fact that a written estimate is emailed prior for approval and you are able to see pictures of the repairs after. I would definitely recommend them for you auto repair needs!

My first impression is very good of Tri City. My research showed a Technical Service Bulletin for a rear suspension issue on my 2018 Malibu. Tyler S. used the TSB to perform the recommended replacement of two washers in the rear, and the "clunk in the truck" sound I was getting is gone. Too soon to say if it is a permanent fix but I appreciate that Tri City followed this course of action rather than investigating other fixes and making the repair more expensive. My bill was under $275 and I had same-day service. Neither likely happens if I take the car to a dealership.

Can’t say enough about the quality and care from the team at Tri City. Carl went above and beyond to research the issue with my vehicles brakes until we found the solution and the mechanic did excellent work. Thanks for caring about my car as much as I do!
