Sensor was quoted at 4 other shops at $150 got my sensor fix and extra work done to my air intake for $90 I'll definitely be coming back

After telling him what I hear, he gives me a poss diagnosis with advice on what to watch for while driving it home. Not only did they get me in this morning to confirm the diagnosis but also provided me with a Courtesy Loaner CAR!! I have been a customer of Tri City Auto for almost 18 years. I recently had a very big problem with my VW and got 3 estimates (including TC AUTO) - because I was out-of-town when the problem occurred- all were within dollars of one another. Decided on Jim for many reasons, and the actual cost came in $250 UNDER all the estimates and was done more quickly than promised elsewhere. I have always felt the quality of the parts and the work were excellent and have always felt well-cared-for by Jim and his staff.
