I have been a customer of Tri City Auto for almost 18 years. I recently had a very big problem with my VW and got 3 estimates (including TC AUTO) - because I was out-of-town when the problem occurred- all were within dollars of one another. Decided on Jim for many reasons, and the actual cost came in $250 UNDER all the estimates and was done more quickly than promised elsewhere.
