It has been a week so when the husband says, “you need to take your car in, I hear a clunk in the front” I wondered how I could squeeze one more thing in. Called Tri Cities the next morning to see if they could take a quick look to see if there was a major issue. We were going to be leaving the next day for a 3 hour drive. Sure enough, Ball joint was shot. They were able to get going on the repair same day, had a loaner car available, was able to do my oil change since I was only 100 miles to go and did my back brakes that I knew needed to be done but just haven’t had time. They saved my family from being stuck on the side of the highway this weekend or worse, having a bad accident! Thank you so much Tri Cities Auto!! I would highly recommend you to anyone!

I bought a vehicle from Tri-City. We knew there was a non issue with the vehicle beforehand. Jim took the vehicle and immediately fixed the issue. No questions asked. I do not know about the other people posting here, but I will tell you that Jim and staff @ Tri-Cities are knowledgeable, I think fair priced and more importantly; honest. It matters not to me where you take your vehicle for repairs. I think I owe this post to Jim and Tri-Cities for their straight forwardness and honesty. My vehicle(s) will not go anywhere else. Very prompt and good service. They go out of their way to either take you home until car is ready, then come pick you up, or let you borrow a loaner car without charge. I would recommend Tri City to everyone.
