The girls in the office are so helpful and make the process go smoothly. I had lots of questions and they answered them without making me feel stupid :). They are honest while getting the job done quickly. I was taking my truck to the dealership because of my extended warranty but I wasn't always happy with the service. Tri City Auto worked with my warranty company and I feel I got a much more honest opinion of what my vehicle needed. I highly recommend.

They are great!! I always get a quality fix with the best replacement. And with my vehicle needing multiple fixes they told me which ones should have priority. A family business with experienced and intelligent mechanics and staff. They have integrity in a world where it is difficult to find! I have complete confidence in my car when I leave!! I am greatful for their wisdom and kindness and would definitely recommend!
