Not only did they get me in this morning to confirm the diagnosis but also provided me with a Courtesy Loaner CAR!! I have been a customer of Tri City Auto for almost 18 years. I recently had a very big problem with my VW and got 3 estimates (including TC AUTO) - because I was out-of-town when the problem occurred- all were within dollars of one another. Decided on Jim for many reasons, and the actual cost came in $250 UNDER all the estimates and was done more quickly than promised elsewhere. I have always felt the quality of the parts and the work were excellent and have always felt well-cared-for by Jim and his staff.

Good service and fair prices. In shopping I found their estimate to be the most accurate.

Due to one experience I had with my car he even worked as a “therapist” and helped me figure out the best thing to do in my situation.
