I appreciate the willingness of Tri City Auto Repair to stand behind their work. I understand that there are bound to be snags any time you are troubleshooting a complicated problem, so the most important factor to me in choosing a vendor for service is that they are committed to their work and customer satisfaction. Jim and the team work hard to do that which is a welcome change from the horror stories you hear elsewhere. I also found the courtesy loaner program very helpful in taking some of the hassle out of having a vehicle in need of repairs.
