This is a 4 star rating, but think of it as 4.9 stars. Tri City was able to diagnose and fix a rather difficult problem for me. They did what they said they would do and did it when they said they would. The thorough description of the process by the mechanic was unexpected and well appreciated. The shop is clean and organized. They were a couple of communication breakdowns that did not materially impact the performance of the repair, but could perhaps be tightened up a little. Sound petty? Maybe, but you need something to strive after. All in all - good job Tri City.

If my vehicles could drive themselves to TCA when service is required, that would be the ultimate solution for someone like me who considers automobiles a necessary evil. Tarren and Stephanie were great at communication and "translating" what needed to be done. And if they could save me some money in the process, they were going to let me know.
