I was very pleased with my experience at Tri City Auto Repair. Their willingness to discuss all the technical details multiple times with me really helped me feel comfortable with them doing all the work that needed to be done on my Toyota Highlander. Terran and Stephanie were a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Their facility is top-notch and their mechanic took the time to walk around the vehicle with me and explain the repairs which helped justify my investment resolving my cars issues.

Awesome first experience 👌👌, will definitely be using them again for any repairs I cannot do on my own. Whole process was awesome got a estimate on email with pictures of the oil leak and a list from what every part cost was and labor. Estimate was lower than final bill but was close. Definitely would recommend!! Communication is on point 👍

Would give more stars if I could. Tarren and Stephanie were great at communication and service. Got a free loaner, too. Btw, when you get pics of your bald tires in your service inspection, it really drives home the fact that they are, in fact, BALD 😁 Got 4 new tires and they actually found that my issue wasn't a wheel bearing at all, but a faulty break hose causing binding. That alone saved me money. Oh, tires were a fantastic price, too. Can not say enough good things about the entire process. Car drives amazing again
