Expensive but do a good job

I was very pleased with my experience at Tri City Auto Repair. Their willingness to discuss all the technical details multiple times with me really helped me feel comfortable with them doing all the work that needed to be done on my Toyota Highlander. Terran and Stephanie were a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Their facility is top-notch and their mechanic took the time to walk around the vehicle with me and explain the repairs which helped justify my investment resolving my cars issues.

Good service but pricey with the diagnostic charges.

The Tri-City Auto team are top-notch when it comes to Customer Service. I always leave satisfied with the work they've done on my vehicle. Stephanie and Tarren are great at letting you know what's going with your car, and help to provide essential information based on your needs and abilities. They can work with you on suitable payments or if you need a loaner car during your time, they can accomodate you! I always recommend coming to this family-owned place, where they care about their customers...and their community.
