this is the second time i have had to call on your ex pertise and the second time that you helped me out . i called the dealership where we purchased the car new and they did not have an opening until about two weeks out. i had the car towed to spring lake from Norton shores. the next day they had it in the garage, worked their "magic". and figured out that i only needed a new battery. that is great news because i hhought maybe the large hybrid battery was the problem. I trust them and that's important for a senior widow. thank you for your servvice..

Great facility, great people, loaner cars, technical state of the art equipment, and great location on M104 in Spring Lake.

Awesome service and knowledgeable staff. Needed a second opinion on a repair for our truck. The service garage we had been using for over 20 years retired and closed his business. We were looking since late last year for a new place to go. Then the check engine light came on and took it to a dealership. They had it twice, not fixed and huge $$ quote. Second opinion needed so looked at reviews and decided to try Tri city Auto Repair. GLAD we did. Got in a couple days after I called and fixed in one day. Very communicative during repair process so quicker and better decisions can be made. Two problems solved: truck fixed and new service garage found. We have a few vehicles including a old MOPAR and would not be hesitant to have Tri City Auto Repair work on it if needed. Thanks team!
