Even with the service being on the pricier side of things it was worth every penny! They were very understanding, great with communication, extremely patient, avaliable for questions and even went the extra mile help when I was need (especially when I was having warranty issues). I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality and excellent service!

$240 for a diagnostic because they check your fluids etc. No way would I pay that when I do all the maintenance myself. Should be $50 for the simple quick diagnosis.

Fast and friendly service! I woke up to find a bolt in my tire. I called several local places that quoted me over an hour wait, but Tri Cities Auto got me in and out in under 30 minutes and for a very reasonable fee too! Thank you!

They were thorough and on time but... Quoted me at 7,000 for a new transmission. Found another shop and just as thorough. Got a new transmission for 3456$. Still not sure why? Will never bring my car to them again. Obviously. Way overpriced

My son and I had a problem after they serviced my vehicle on the way to Ohio which left us stranded but Jim the owner jumped right into action to help us out we made it to Ohio and will I was gone he took care of my vehicle and payed for everything what a outstanding owner thank you jim for all you did.
