My husband just asked me last night how my car was running after the repairs done at Tri Cities and I said “I gotta call those guys and tell them that my car is running like a top!”. Excellent service! I will be using Tri Cities again and recommend them highly!

Where do I begin with the amazing service I received from Tri-city auto repair.. I don’t know anything about cars but Last Sunday I was on my way to get an oil change (because I thought my car was leaking oil).. then I got a flat tire! Luckily I contacted Stephanie and she was able to get me set up first thing Monday morning. I received a complimentary inspection of my vehicle before deciding what I could afford being done to it.. During that process not only did Tarren and Stephanie make me feel comfortable about everything that needed to be done to my car, but they offered a free loaner vehicle to get me around while my car was in the shop. The best part about the entire service was how knowledgeable, friendly, and how fast they were able to get my car fixed. They made me feel like priority and I couldn’t be anymore thankful! I highly recommend this place without a doubt.

The staff was great at getting winter tires on my daughter's car. Since it was going to take a couple of hours, they loaned her a car to run errands with around town.

Always very friendly and helpful! Have an old, rolling pile of crap? Trying to drive it 'til it won't drive any more? Fair priced, and they only do the work needed to keep it safe and moving as long as possible! They don't try to sell you more!
