Brought my 2006 Civic in for brakes and muffler/exhaust fix. Excellent workmanship and even came in $100 less than what they estimated. They also email pictures and a report of the issues so you know what they are fixing 'actually needs to be done'. I have never seen that done before and I though that was a nice touch. Overall, very positive experience.

I cannot express the importance of Customer Service, and the staff at Tri-City Auto go above and beyond for their customers! Getting an oil change (or a repair) couldn't be easier. I dropped the car off, and was taken back to work. And because I was unable to come and pick it up, the team at Tri-City brought my car back to me. They're great in communicating costs before you commit to the service, and offer recommendations based on your needs. They're amazing! Another great experience at Tri City Auto. My wife had an appointment at 1230p and needed the car. Tri City did the brakes and flush and had the car completed by 1130a. My wife was happy (Happy Wife Happy Live). Tri City makes it look easy for great customer service.
