this is the second time i have had to call on your ex pertise and the second time that you helped me out . i called the dealership where we purchased the car new and they did not have an opening until about two weeks out. i had the car towed to spring lake from Norton shores. the next day they had it in the garage, worked their "magic". and figured out that i only needed a new battery. that is great news because i hhought maybe the large hybrid battery was the problem.
